1. Activate your test
Register your test using the unique reference code sent in your order confirmation email.
2. Collect the sample
Collect 5–10 strands of fur as close to the root as possible and place them in a small sealable bag.
3. Send the sample
Mail your sample to our accredited testing facility using the address in your instructions.
4. Get your results
We'll text and email you when your sample arrives, then send a PDF report of your pet's sensitivities within 3–5 days of arrival at the testing facility.
