Understand your pet's sensitivities

Driven by solving pain points, we obsessed over which items commonly cause pets discomfort. Our team of specialists created a pain-free sensitivity and imbalances test analysing a small sample of fur for more than 460 common food ingredients and environmental influences.

Unlock your pets sensitivities in 4 simple steps

1.) Activate test

Register your test using the ‘unique reference code’ sent in your order confirmation email.

2.) Collect Sample

Collect 5-10 strands of fur as close to the root as possible and put into a small sealable bag.

3.) Send sample

Mail your sample to our accredited testing facility using the address within your instructions.

4. Receive results

We'll send a PDF report with your pet sensitivities within 5 days of arrival at our testing facility.
